Fees
Our fees include food, are per day not per night and include GST. The day of arrival is charged as a full day irrespective of the time of arrival. If your dog leaves our care in our am hour this is charged as a half day. Example - arrives 5.30 pm on a Friday 10th, leaves am on 13th = 3.5 days.

Our Facilities
We have two buildings, both buildings have six rooms. Each room measures 4.8 meters long x 2 metres wide. All rooms have in floor heating. Our twelve exercise areas are a balance of grass and concrete. Owners are encouraged to bring bedding, treats and toys.
However, each room has a very comfortable stretcher bed and we have plenty of snuggly bedding if required. We run a very peaceful and quiet boarding kennels, this ensures a stress free environment for your pampered pooch.
We provide excellent care and secure facilities. Inspections are welcome by appointment.
Important Information
Upon Arrival: All dogs must be on a lead.
Vaccinations:We require all dogs to be vaccinated within the last 11 months or 7 days before arrival. This includes annual protection against Bordetella bronchiseptica (kennel cough). Please provide a vaccination certificate on arrival.
Worming & Flea Treatment: Please ensure dogs are wormed if due, 7 days before boarding. This also applies to flea treatment.
Vet Care: If your dog requires veterinarian care during its stay with us we will make arrangements for this. Every effort is made to use your pets own vet, but we have our own vet that provides the kennels with 24 hour care. Please provide us with additional health information on arrival if your dog has had an injury, ear infection or any other recent medical attention.
Bedding, Treats & Toys: Owners are encouraged to bring bedding, treats and toys. However, each room has underfloor heating, a very comfortable stretcher bed and we have plenty of snuggly bedding if required.
Dogs that cannot settle: Any dog that barks constantly and will not settle may need to be discharged to the owners provided contact person. As this can disrupt the smooth running and quiet stress free environment we provide.
Abandoned Pets: We reserve the right to make alternative arrangements for any dog left in our care for longer than 12 days after the agreed collection date, if no contact has been make by the owner or their provided contact person.
Dog Food
Food is included in our daily rates. We feed our guests a premium dry kibble “Addiction“ this is a Holistic grain free kibble that is made in New Zealand, we also have available the Butch white label pet roll.
If you dog has special feeding requirements, please advise us at the time of booking as you may be required to supply your dogs own food.
Medication
Medication is administered at no extra charge. Please inform us at time of booking as to requirements.

Opening hours: Monday - Saturday:
Drop Off & Pick Up - 9:00am - 11am & 4pm - 6pm
Sunday - Drop Off & Pick Up 4pm - 6:00pm
We are closed on the 24th December - 25th December and the 1st January.
